Spring, Warmth, and Music — A Taste of the 2026 Season As the days gradually grow longer, we welcome the renewed sense of anticipation that accompanies the approach of spring and summer.

Looking ahead to the 2026 season, we turn our artistic focus toward Italy, with Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppeastanding as a central highlight of our programme. Further programme announcements will be released in March. During the season, we will also present concerts and special commemorative events marking the 50th anniversary of the reign of Her Majesty The Queen of Sweden, as well as the 400th anniversary of the birth of Queen Christina.

Our commitment to future generations remains at the heart of our work. Young audiences will be invited to experience a new and enchanting production, while our Academy continues to expand its activities across artistic, craft, and scholarly disciplines.
