  • Selling tickets for guided tours or performances, through our partner Nortic.se, we need some information to be able to charge you and send tickets.

  • Making a group booking for a guided tour or performance.

  • Sending our newsletter with information and offers. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.

  • Collecting statistics and making analyses of visitors, audiences, suppliers, partners et al.

  • Fulfilling agreements concerning work/service, we need contact information and what the assignment is about. After the assignment, we retain personal information if we have obtained consent to it.

  • Handling applications for jobs. We keep your personal information through the current season.

  • Handling donations, deposits and loans.

  • Handling research inquiries.

We only save the information that is necessary, and only as long as needed. We never share your information and we protect it.
